Overview

The Model 158 Broadhead RF Power Supply is a broadband, low-frequency RF drive system engineered for ultra-high mass ion transmission. Based on the proven Model 151 RF Power Supply architecture, the Model 158 extends operation into dramatically lower frequency ranges to support ion transport at m/z values in the millions to hundreds of millions of Daltons.

As analytical systems push into megadalton regimes and beyond, lower RF frequencies become essential for maintaining stable ion confinement. The Model 158 was specifically developed to meet this emerging need.
